CIMS

HIGHLAND have developed a bespoke Data Management System powered by CIMS.

CIMS is designed as a business software tool which facilitates HIGHLAND, by bringing all aspects of workflow information together to ensure the day to day working activities function effectively and efficiently. This is integral to mapping the correct skillsets with the correct job so we get it right first time every time.

In practical terms this means that we have accurate data about our customers, suppliers and personnel information available at the click of a button. All customer, supplier, personnel information and details are easily accessed to generate quotations, purchase orders, work packs and inspection reports.

Competency and certification is demonstrated through all staff and personnel’s qualifications which prove the ability, knowledge, skills and experience to ensure the correct, competent and qualified personnel are assigned to each work scope.

Our personnel’s certifications and vaccinations are monitored and expiry dates tracked within the system to ensure all are in date for the completion of each work scope. This means we continually perform due diligence to prevent any last minute panics.

Client certifications and reports will be accessible over the internet and each client will be issued secure and encrypted login credentials to protect the unauthorised disclosure of customer sensitive information. Additionally CIMS provides a central back up to ensure data availability and integrity. Interim reports will be available for the client to view during the work period as live reports and completed reports.

Rope Access

Industrial Rope Access is a well-established method of accessing challenging work sites and offers a safe, reliable and cost effective service without the need for expensive alternatives. All of our Technicians are trained and accredited by IRATA and regularly sit exams to ensure their continued professional development. As well as providing Rope Access Services, our Technicians have a range of specialisms that can be performed at height or whilst suspended. HIGHLAND are IRATA accredited in Training and Operations and we have our own Training Facility.
