15 Years On...

This communication is reaching you at a special time for all of us at R&D Solutions – the 15th anniversary of our business.

When we began trading back in September 2009, we comprised just two full-time people and one part-time member of staff.

It also coincided with the Global Financial Crisis, but despite those challenges we were clear on our goal: to deliver leading-edge, cradle-to-grave technologies – from local and international companies – into the Australian market.

We like to think that our success and growth to date are based on a simple principle: listening. Our business decisions have always been based on customers advising us on what they want. It has consistently helped us to identify market shortfalls. If operators didn’t have simple and efficient access to the products and services they needed, we saw an opportunity to close that gap.

We’ve sustained those good relationships with our customers, and with the network of specialist partners we have developed over the years. Those connections are fundamental to everything we achieve, and we will always value them.

We’re equally proud of our track record in introducing overseas companies into the Australian market. Indeed, some of them have gone on to establish a permanent presence of their own here in Australia.

Our sincere thanks to everyone who has been part of our success story over the past 15 years. In this milestone year, we look forward to working with you in future to our mutual benefit.
