Service Centre Assistant - Chinchilla

The Role

Our dedicated team need a Service Centre Assistant to “daily-man” our facility in Chinchilla. This new full-time role will primarily assist in coordinating Service Centre daily activities and act as the liaison for all east coast logistics and mobilisation of personnel. Working in conjunction with our headquartered offices in Perth, this role is suited to a local resource with prior experience that can be trained to perform the specifics of this role.

Responsibilities:

Service Centre

  • Service Centre Inspection Reports
  • Daily Pre-Start Equipment Checks
  • Forklift & Crane Operations
  • Equipment Cleaning

Field Personnel Support

  • Journey Management Plan (JMP) Coordination
  • Mobilisation of East Coast Staff
  • IVMS Monitoring
  • Field Operations QHSE Reports

Equipment Sourcing

  • Service Centre Purchase Order Management
  • Handling & Documentation

Logistics

  • Goods Receival & Dispatching
  • Equipment Packing & Unpacking
  • Logistics Coordination

Competencies & Requirements:

Mandatory

  • Must have rights to work in Australia
  • Undertake pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screening with a successful outcome
  • Full Driver’s License
  • Strong Computer Literacy Skills - Microsoft Office Suite inc. Outlook, Excel, Word & Teams
  • Ability to attend our facility 7:00 - 15:00 Monday - Friday and be on-call if required outside of those hours.
  • A confident & positive approach in supporting others

Preferred

  • Crane & Forklift Ticket
  • First Aid Ticket
  • Based in Chinchilla or surrounds
  • Knowledge of Logistics Processes
  • Knowledge of similar industries and/or practices
